Current status:
Completed 2004. Donated to nursing home.


Notes:
I loved the variegated yarn, and wanted desperately to use it.

However, when I looked at the colors that went with it, absolutely nothing came to mind.

I finally decided on intersecting diagonals. It's a bit pointillistic in that if you look closely, you'll see that the blanket seems to be composed of 15 four-patch blocks, each with one square of each color. When they're assembled, every other square is inverted. And that creates the intersecting diagonals pattern.
